Homage To The Three Worlds

I shot this while thinking about M.C. Escher's The Three Worlds. Every time I photograph reflections in water, I try to capture an element of the three worlds. An object that is above the water, below the water, and reflected in the water. The bonus of this image is that the swirling eddy on the middle right distorted the reflection of the tree and makes it look like it is melting and spiraling away.
