First of all, I think the centered composition works really well for the photo! The lighting matches up well and from this angle, a centered composition was a great choice. If you wanted to improve it at all, perhaps shifted to the right just a little would give more of a sense of direction for the front of the horse - but because the horse isn't moving quickly this isn't too big of a deal.
Changing up the perspective or rotating around a little bit might expose more of the sunlight coming from under the horse, but that's personal preference.
I really like the colors you've got here, the soft pastels of the sky work wonderfully with the light greys of the horse. Awesome work!
The photo is perhaps a tad dark for what the lighting seems to be, but naturally the horse will be in more of a shadow so I don't think that's a major error.
